Beautiful brutalist logo by Barbara Acevedo Strange and Simon Knebl generated by neural network analysis of traditional fonts.
The typeface used for the logo is based on images generated by a neural network trained on several thousand of fonts. After the reduction of grayscale images into bitmap and the translation of gradients into rounded corners, the resulting visual is reminiscent of early OCR systems.
