IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to the coronavirus crisis the course starts online only via video-conference

This course deals with the often neglected, erased, or forgotten role that women’s knowledge and labour have played in the history of computation. Continuing the research done in previous semesters, the course attempts to queer well-known notions from the media theory canon, showing the entanglement of gender, race and class issues anytime we use the apparently neutral term “technology”. Full description forthcoming.
