A practice-based and theoretical introduction to artificial intelligence and neural networks for the arts and design, discussing also their effect on collective perception and politics. Aside media theory and history classes, the course includes practical ones for installing neural networks and make experiments from scratch. Colloquia hours will be reserved for advanced projects by students that are already familiar with such techniques since the previous semesters.
